Giving

Philanthropy is vital to life at Oxford Saïd. The support of our community enables us to provide the best student support and experience possible, and with alumni donations powering scholarships, you can enable a future Oxford Saïd student to benefit from the education, experience, and network that Saïd Business School offers.

With your support we can attract the brightest and best to Oxford Saïd, increase diversity, achieve gender parity, and attract and retain top-class faculty members. Your help allows us to advance as one of the world’s leading business schools and improve our reputation.
Contributions of all sizes are valuable, and the collective impact we can have is significant and has a tangible effect on an individual’s future. With more than 25,000 alumni, if everyone gave just £100 we would have a fund large enough to provide 125 scholarships!

The Rewley Scholarship

The Rewley Scholarship, previously known as the Alumni Annual Fund (AAF) scholarship, is an alumni-funded scholarship that offers awards of between £10,000 and £30,000. Awards are currently available to MBA and MFE students, but with more alumni support we can expand access to all programmes.

The Rewley name pays homage to the history of Saïd Business School. Not only are we embedded in a world-class university, but the School is situated on the grounds of a 13th-century Cistercian foundation and place of learning for monks. Oxford Saïd continues the tradition of learning and enquiry on the site as we come together to build a global community committed to transforming the world in which we live.

By funding Rewley scholars across all programmes, we can ensure that no talented candidate is dissuaded from applying because of the financial burden of graduate study. Help us to expand access and give someone the benefit of an Oxford education.

Hear from our scholars, who have been supported by alumni giving:

'The Alumni Annual Fund scholarship supported me in taking a leap of faith and studying at one of the world's best universities. It has led me to an incredible platform to validate my purpose and belong to a community of brilliant individuals driven by passion and commitment. I aim to now work with organizations working on sustainable investing, especially those focused on greater gender parity.’

Taanya Khare (MBA 2021)

'I am deeply grateful to have received one of the Alumni Annual Fund Scholarships. To me, the scholarship means that there are people who care about the continued success of Oxford, and in particular, the programs offered by the business school. It means that they care about helping younger, talented people obtain the world-class education that Oxford provides

Kevin Hirata (MBA 2016)

'Without the Alumni Annual Fund scholarship I would not have met the eclectic, brilliant, compassionate people who challenged my views and helped me identify how I can combine my career ambitions with my sense of social responsibility.' - Katharina Gromotka (MBA 2016)
