Alexia Doyamis
Co-Chair
A native New Yorker, Alexia worked at Deutsche Bank for five years before deciding to hop across the pond to attend Said Business School in pursuit of an MBA. At DB she was fortunate to have had several female mentors and sponsors that motivated and supported her career there, and inspired her to advocate for gender parity in the global workplace. As part of the 2015 MBA class, Alexia was elected Co-Chair of the Women's Leadership OBN with the promise to continue this mission.

Kate Jarvis
Co-Chair
Kate has worked for ten years in agricultural commodities trading. In her global roles with Louis Dreyfus Commodities, Kate witnessed the benefit that cultural diversity brings to the decision-making process. She is a passionate advocate for increasing all forms of diversity in organisations, and for breaking down the structural and social barriers that prevent women from attaining better representation in leadership roles.

Jessica Penberthy

Jessica is a professional Actuary from South Africa, where she has worked for the past few years. Most recently a partner at a Wealth Management firm, her experience has ranged through analytics, asset management, trading, strategy and sales. Now a Said Foundation MBA scholar, she is passionate about creating conversations around gender norms and educating people in a non-alienating manner.

Charleyn Pensivy
Communications Coordinator
Trained as a linguist, Charleyn started her career in event management in Paris, before moving to London. Her experience includes working in the market research industry and as a project manager for a fast growing language services company, where she also contributed to developing marketing and human resources strategies. Charleyn is a candidate on the MBA programme.

Pamela Alquisada
'Be Exceptional' Coordinator
Pam is a corporate lawyer by profession and has led various teams working on mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring and regulatory compliance for foreign invested firms in the Philippines. She has also worked with an international development organization in advising the Philippine Government on various Public-Private Partnership infrastructure projects, including railways and an international sea port.

Gayathri Balan
Oxford Liaison Coordinator
Gayathri is a 1+1 MBA student and Pershing Square Scholar. Last year, she completed her MSc in Comparative Social Policy at Oxford with her thesis focusing on the role of women empowerment and political efficacy in the sanitation problem affecting India. Building upon her experience as a Piramal-Gandhi Fellow in India, Gayathri is exploring social entrepreneurship solutions for the sanitation crisis.

Eve Binder
External Communications Coordinator
Eve is a former communications consultant and digital strategy expert. She spent three years in corporate crisis PR at the New York-based firm Joele Frank, where she was responsible for clients ranging from US Airways to Foster Wheeler. Just prior to starting her MBA, she earned a master’s degree in Social Science of the Internet from the Oxford Internet Institute at Oxford University. She is a passionate advocate for gender equality, and is working on a long-term project to create an online professional network for women across industry verticals.

Callan Walsh
Oxford Liaison Coordinator
Prior to joining the MBA program, Callan served as a Director at LeaderFit, a Washington DC-based human capital consulting firm serving nonprofit organizations, and a Senior Associate at The Endeavor Group where she advised clients in the philanthropic sector. Callan graduated from Georgetown University’s Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service with a major in culture and politics and a certificate in African Studies.

Priyanka Pal

Priyanka was an IT Service Delivery Manager for a major Energy company in London before joining the MBA. Starting her career as a software engineer she moved on to management. Priyanka is passionate about gender equality and women’s empowerment, and is on a mission to make positive difference in the lives of other women.

Stephan Jensen

Stephan is an ex-military officer from Norway. He likes contemporary art, electronic music, good literature, dinners, playing rugby, and rowing. Stephan thinks it is likely that most gender differences are the result of biases or social placebo effects.

Elena Sachkova
Communications Coordinator
Elena is a candidate on the MSc Financial Economics programme. Before coming to Oxford, she studied for a double degree in Economics and Finance at the Higher School of Economics (Moscow, Russia) and the University of London. Elena has internship experience in consulting (McKinsey & Company) and research.

Andre Havrylyshyn

Andre has a background in advertising, having worked as a copywriter in Toronto for nearly four years prior to coming to Oxford. He studied Drama and Political Science at the University of Toronto, and also participated as an actor in more than a dozen theatrical productions around campus during that time. He most recently worked as a GMAT Instructor with Kaplan, Inc. teaching courses throughout the Washington, D.C. area. Andre is a candidate of the MBA programme.

Adam Storck

Adam grew up surrounded by strong, independent women, the middle child between two of them, which made him passionate about equality of gender opportunity from an early age. Prior to Oxford Saïd, he spent five years in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as a project, operations, and strategy manager and two years working outdoor leadership education with the National Outdoor Leadership School.

Ambreen Razaq
Careers Coordinator
Ambreen has five years of experience in the entertainment world working in different parts of the music industry. After managing Grammy-nominated artists worldwide, booking tours for artists ranging from small clubs to large arenas, and spending a few months at a start-up, she decided to join the MBA programme to make both a career and geographical leap.

Marie-Anne Bazerghi
Biases Training Coordinator
Prior to joining the MBA programme, Marie-Anne worked for three years as a consultant for McKinsey & Company in their Operations practice. She worked in a variety of industries (telecommunications, banking, mining, oil and gas) and led the recruiting efforts at her undergraduate university. She holds a Master in Finance from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
