ABI Inform Global
Access the very latest full text of thousands of key academic journals and scholarly articles in the fields of business, management and economics, via a powerful multi-field search interface. ABI Inform Global contains many trade publications, periodicals and news sources. Titles include the Wall Street Journal and The Economist as well as academic publications from hundreds of publishers including Cambridge University Press, Palgrave and Emerald to name just a few.
ABI Inform Trade & Industry
ABI Inform Trade and Industry database complements ABI Inform Global with its deeper and more extensive coverage of trade and industry publications, and is a major source of trade and industry news for business professionals. It includes in-depth coverage of companies, products, executives, trends, and other topics, with the full text for more than 2,930 publications.
Annual Reviews
Since 1932, Annual Reviews has offered comprehensive, timely collections of critical reviews written by leading scientists. Annual Reviews volumes are published each year for 29 focused disciplines within the Biomedical, Physical, and Social Sciences.
Business Expert Press
Consists of 850+ ebooks covering 30 categories of business and management including business analytics, business ethics, entrepreneurship, financial management, strategic management, and many more. The collection provides access to a varied selection of business books dated between 2008 to current.
JSTOR
JSTOR is the result of a major preservation project to digitise and deliver, in one searchable place, the full text of the most important academic research articles published in more than 1,000 academic journals. JSTOR is interdisciplinary with electronic back issues of most of the journals dating from their earliest date and up to within the last five years.
Mergent Online
Through this service, you can access financial data for more than 25,000 active and inactive global companies. Financial statements are presented in "as-reported" form and in native currencies, maintaining the full integrity of this critical information. The data is complemented by textual information including business description, history, property, subsidiaries, officers and directors, long-term debt and capital stock. It also, importantly, has executive profiles, as well as PDFs of more than 300,000 annual reports dating back 10 years to bring a rich history of financial and company enterprise. Includes the Investext equity research module which gives access to active and historical research reports from more than 1,700 brokerages, investments banks and independent research firms around the globe, updated daily.
Mergent Archive
Mergent Archives contains a vast, indexed collection of corporate and industry related documents, containing more than 180,000 documents covering over 100 countries and industries. It includes more than a century's worth of global corporate data fully digitized into high quality, PDF formatted documents, including the very first Moody's Manual published in 1909; up to 3 years of Ford Equity Research Reports for over 4500 U.S. and Canadian companies; more than 85 years of Annual Reports for companies across the globe dating back to as early as 1925; and detailed analysis and forecasts on two dozen major global industry sectors from Textiles to Aviation for the North American, European, Asia Pacific, and Latin American regions.
RefWorks
RefWorks is an online research management, writing and collaboration tool, designed to help with gathering, managing, storing and sharing all types of information, as well as generating citations and bibliographies.
SAGE
This collection offers the full-text of journals published by SAGE - the world's 5th largest publisher of academic journals. Through this publishing house, is offered the latest research from academic journals within the Social Sciences and Business as well as the Humanities, Science, Technology, and Medicine, many of them published on behalf of learned societies and institutions.
SAGE Research Methods
SAGE Research Methods is the ultimate methods library with more than 1000 books, reference works, journal articles, and instructional videos by world-leading academics from across the social sciences, including the largest collection of qualitative methods books available online from any scholarly publisher. The site is designed to guide users to the content they need to learn a little or a lot about their method. Firsthand (formerly Vault Career Insider)
For help with job search and career development, we offer access to Firsthand, a major source of careers support information. Firsthand's online library provides industry and company profiles, rankings of the best companies to work for, and a wealth of guidance on how to successfully enhance and advance your career through job applications, researching a target company or industry, and perfecting your interview skills.
In addition to enjoying the convenience of remote access to these resources, you may also visit a number of the Bodleian Libraries (upon application for a Bodleian reader's card), where you will have continued on-site access to hundreds of databases across all subject fields, including more than 70,000 e- journals and 500,000 e-books. You can also enjoy all the exciting events showcasing the collections of this world-renowned institution.
Library Database access eligibility
Access to these databases is available to all University of Oxford degree holders and to Saïd Business School Postgraduate Diploma alumni. Access is only available via registration to the OBA Network.
