Sally Fan, Vice-Chair

Sally Fan is the CEO of Astraea Capital LLC, a New York based private equity investment company that invests in commercial claims, an emerging alternative asset class. She serves as the President of the Fan Zhongyan Foundation, as a direct descendant of Fan Zhongyan 范仲淹, a founder of Neo-Confucianism and one of the most prominent figures in the history of China. Sally previously worked at Deutsche Bank in New York on the buy-side of private equity, real estate and other alternative asset investment and risk management, and at Ford Motor Company in Michigan on international business development, corporate strategy and engineering. She also worked in the Ministry of Aeronautics and Space in China (an equivalent of NASA).

Andrew joined McKinsey & Company upon completing the Oxford MBA on a full scholarship. He has interests in strategy, finance and social impact. After completing a Finance Honours degree at UWA, Andrew began his career in strategy consulting with PwC in Perth, focusing on the mining and healthcare sectors. He then moved into the non-profit sector, joining a newly formed Strategy team at Brightwater Care Group, one of WA's larger providers of aged care and disability services.
