2.15pm: Women in Business - Changing Corporate Culture
Chaired by Kathy Harvey,  Associate Dean for Executive Degrees, Michael Smets, Associate Professor in Management and Organisational Studies,  Rebecca Weston (EMBA 9), Enterprise Director at Sellafield Ltd, and Emily Lawson (MBA 1997), National Director - Transformation and Corporate Operations at the NHS, will participate in a lively panel centred around recent research by our faculty 'Claiming the corner office: Female CEOs and implications for leadership development'

2pm: Tech for Impact
Peter Drobac, the new Skoll Centre Director, will introduce the session and his vision for the Centre.

What opportunities for impact have new technologies created? What are the perils? Join the Skoll Centre for a session on the promise and pitfalls of technology for impact. Hear from faculty, Oxford Saïd alumni, and others about their work in the space during a series of rapid TED style talks. We will explore ways in which our speakers are harnessing technologies to solve key challenges and discuss how tech for impact is transforming or reinforcing dominant paradigms.

Both sessions will be followed by a tour and introduction to the Oxford Foundry.
