Accommodation

The Reunion Weekend is held just before the start of Michaelmas Term and so the colleges are still open for B&B bookings.

Childcare

We welcome alumni and their families to the Reunion Weekend and intend that the schedule enables everyone to enjoy their time in Oxford. However we are unable to accommodate children (other than babies) at the Reunion Dinner.  If you would like to employ a babysitter for Saturday evening, Oxfordshire County Council's website should provide you with contacts (School postcode required for search is OX1 1HP). Please note,Saïd Business School is unable to recommend or endorse any service.

Alternatively, if you are staying in a hotel over the weekend, their concierge/reception staff may be able to assist.

Childcare is not provided at the School during the Reunion and it is therefore the responsibility of parents/guardians to supervise their children at all times, including during the children’s entertainer performances.

Luggage

The School has a secure room for luggage storage over the weekend.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many guests can I bring to the Reunion Weekend?

A maximum of four tickets can be purchased for the core programme, to include an alumnus/a and up to three guests.

Please note that tickets to the Christ Church dinner are limited to one guest per alumnus/a. This is due to the capacity of the hall restricting the total number of spaces available, therefore tickets for the Christ Church dinner are available on a ‘first come first served’ basis at the time of booking.

Can I bring a guest to some of the sessions?

Guests are welcome but you will need to have registered them in advance. Alumni can purchase a maximum of four tickets, to include themselves and up to three guests for the opening party, Saturday daytime programme and Sunday brunch.

Please note: due to space restrictions, tickets to the Christ Church dinner are limited to one guest per alumnus/a.

Can I bring my parents?

Absolutely! You are welcome to bring parents as guests and can do so by purchasing a guest ticket as part of the ticket booking process.

Can I bring my children to the Reunion Weekend?

Yes! Children are welcome. Children under 5 years go free (no ticket required). Children aged 5 and over will require a ticket. 

Note: Tickets to the Christ Church dinner are not available to children.

Can I bring my child to the dinner at Christ Church?

Unfortunately dinner tickets are not available for children. We can accommodate small babies, but please note it is not logistically possible to fit buggies, pushchairs or carry seats in the Hall.

Are anniversary years counted from matriculation or completion?

From year of completion. Those who completed in 1998, 2003, 2008 and 2013 will be celebrating their 20, 15, 10 and 5 year anniversaries respectively. We would love you to tell us your stories and update the School with your successes, follow this link to let us celebrate YOU!

Are other OBA Network members eligible to attend? 

The Reunion Weekend is open to Oxford Saïd degree and diploma alumni and Executive Education participants. 

Can you provide a letter to accompany my visa application?

Yes! Once you have purchased a ticket for the Reunion Weekend, please email us to request a letter, providing all necessary details to be included.

Do I need my alumni number to book tickets? 

Yes! Your alumni number can be found at the top of your Reunion Weekend invitation email. Alternatively you can request your alumni number here.  

I had booked online however I do not see my name on the Registrants page. 

The addition of your name to the Registrants page is a manual process. If you gave us permission to display your name during the booking process, we will aim to add your name within two working days of your registration.
